Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vermont Agency of Education seeks proposals for the following scope of work: 1. Design a 3-year training and coaching program (years 1 & 2 emphasize training & coaching, year 3 emphasizes sustaining implementation efforts) for 3 cohorts of up to 3 SU/SD Administrative Leadership teams along with instructional leaders and teachers from at least 1 PreK/Elementary school from each SU/SD. Cohort 1, year 1 will begin in August 2023. Cohort 2, year 1 will begin in August 2024, and Cohort 3, year 1 will begin in August 2025. 2. Deliver 2-day in-person initial training to SU/SD each cohort’s Administrative Leadership teams along with the school-based instructional leaders in August 2023 and 2024. Initial training topics include, at minimum, the following: a. VTmtss Framework b. VT Early MTSS c. Act 173 of 2018
