Specifications include, but are not limited to: The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT, Department or Agency) is requesting proposals from qualified Offerors to provide Phase IA/B/IC/ID. Location and Topographic mapping, Drainage services. Geotechnical Engineering and Exploration, Bridge Design services, and Subsurface Utility Engineering for the extension of NM 347 (Paseo del Volcan). It is the intent of the NMDOT to negotiate a fixed price for each of the following services: • Phase I-A/B (Combined): Identification and Evaluation of Alternatives • Phase I-C: Environmental Investigations and Documentation • Drainage Services • Geotechnical Engineering and Exploration • Bridge Design Services • Pavement Subgrade Soils Field Exploration and Laboratory Testing • Phase I-D: Preliminary Design; This work will be in support of the 2-lane extension of Paseo del Volcan from Rainbow Blvd to Southern Blvd. Sandoval County has an active project that is designing the segment from Unser Blvd to Rainbow Blvd, including the Unser and Rainbow intersection. NMDOT has identified the need to complete a detailed alternative analysis study of this portion of new road. This project’s scope includes the intersection of Unser Blvd and Southern Blvd.
