Specifications include, but are not limited to: VT DEC is requesting proposals for a single entity to oversee and administer a Green Schools Initiative Phase 2 Program. The Awardee will oversee school prioritization and sequencing, as well as manage and administer dollars to support as many school permittees as available funding allows to complete Phase 2 (stormwater implementation). This may include some coordination with funding partners to provide technical assistance to schools to secure additional funding for Phase 2 Construction. The Awardee will develop, manage, and provide program delivery (see Green Schools Initiative Phase 2 Program Development, and Reporting and Stakeholder Communication sections for more details). Program delivery costs cannot exceed 15% of the total awarded amount expended when combined with actual construction costs.
