Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, labels, packaging material, and incidental supplies to dispose of non-hazardous waste materials, bulked and non-bulked, generated annually by DOT & PF, Northern Region in accordance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) regulations. The Contractor shall also pay all fees, surcharges, analytical charges, and any other expenses associated with the treatment and disposal of these materials. Work includes, but is not limited to: • Identification • Consolidation • Packaging • Preparation of documentation • Transportation/shipping • Proper disposal of non-hazardous waste/materials
