Specifications include, but are not limited to: UNH is requesting the following for cleaning services 2.1.1 Cleaning Complete Kitchen (including pulling appliances to clean behind, and detail clean stove top, drip pans and hood, oven, cabinets inside refrigerator/freezer) 2.1.2 Cleaning Complete Bedrooms 2.1.3 Cleaning Walls (Arms length down unless otherwise needed) and Closets 2.1.4 Cleaning VCT Floors (include buff and shine) 2.1.5 Cleaning Carpets (include vacuum and carpet extraction) 2.1.6 Cleaning Complete Bathroom (bleach products not approved) 2.1.7 Cleaning Windows and blinds (interior only) 2.1.8 Cleaning Furniture & Upholstery (including vacuum and stain treatment) 2.1.9 Report broken items to the Department of Housing designee. 2.1.10 Services will be inspected by UNH Housing Staff 2.1.11 Contractor to provide their own cleaning products and equipment
