Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Lawrence, Kansas is proposing to contract with one or more qualified engineering firms for services related to the design and construction of bike and pedestrian infrastructure projects. City staff produces a Five Year Plan for Non-motorized Projects with the recommendation of the Multi-modal Transportation Commission and approval of the City Commission. This plan will serve as a basis for the projects chosen for design and construction under this Proposal. Projects may be added to, removed from, or moved within the plan as grant funding becomes available or at the discretion of the City. In addition, projects outside of the Five Year Plan may utilize this contract
