Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendors should address each of the testing and test administration requirements as listed below: 1. Vendors will provide separate computerized national examinations for salespersons; each being 4-option multiple choice. 2. Vendors will provide separate Nebraska supplement computerized examinations for salespersons, containing items covering the Nebraska Real Estate License Act and Rules and Regulations and general Nebraska real property law. 3. Vendors will provide separate computerized national examinations for brokers which will measure information gathering and decision-making skills along with necessary knowledge. 4. Vendors will provide a separate supplement to the broker examination that will contain multiple choice items with four options each including Nebraska-specific (see #2 above) and national items. 5. Commission personnel will process license applications. The commission will establish and collect examination fees from each candidate for the examination and will remit payment to examination company upon billing. 6. The successful vendor shall develop the examinations in accordance with industry standards and shall submit the examination questions to the Commission for review or amendment at least sixty days prior to introduction of an examination or a new, scored, examination question. The Commission reserves the right to add, amend or omit any question.
