Specifications include, but are not limited to: The overall scope of this RFP is to be a part of the Chitina Trail Improvements team to provide all requested professional engineering, environmental (excluding 106 services), and construction administrative services for the construction of context sensitive road and trail improvements within the eight mile distance between Chitina and Haley Creek. These efforts may include enhancements or relocations of existing waysides and facilities, the construction of new waysides and facilities, trail improvements, the construction of drainage structures / Bridges, and implementation of cultural resource protective measures identified by the team. Compatible land use plans may also be requested, with a specific emphasis on an area wide sanitation and management plan.
