Specifications include, but are not limited to: • To construct an uninsulated 40’L x 37’W free span building, to house the collection of recyclables i.e. Used Oil, Electronics, Aluminum cans, Tin Cans, and Glass. • Structure will be attached at the gable end to the existing 24’L x 24’W baling building. • Structure will be constructed on existing concrete slab. • Structure will have minimum of a 10.6’H headroom height for access of skid steer to move collection bins in and out of the structure. • Minimum of two (2) 10’6”’H x 10’W overhead doors. • Along the long wall to have 4 support post for east side, with shed roof overhang of a minimum of 13’ to provide weather protection for patrons to deposit recyclables into collection bins. Shed roof overhang to have 8’ high head room, supported by support posts in alignment with wall support posts. • Exterior to have Asphalt shingle roofing, exterior siding, trim and doors to be low maintenance materials i.e. metal, vinyl, plastics etc. • Interior-uninsulated and unsheathed walls, with strapped ceiling. • Electrical- wired to GFI outlets, and LED lighting. • Submission to include a design, sketch, and materials types, list and costs. • Sketch
