Specifications include, but are not limited to: The STATE is soliciting proposals to procure a COTS or SaaS Traffic Data Editing and Analysis Application. The application will be used by the Traffic Data Section for historical storage, viewing, editing, processing, reporting, analyzing, importing/exporting of all traffic/WIM information that includes, but is not limited to; portable and permanent (ATR) traffic volume and classification counts, traffic/WIM count station and location, seasonal adjustment factors, WIM related data to include vehicle class, speed, gross vehicle weight, individual axle weight and axle spacing, equivalent single axle load (ESAL) factors, and event time/date, bike and pedestrian data storage and metrics development. The Offeror shall also provide related professional services needed to implement and support the solution.
