Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this ITB is to contract with a qualified automotive repair facility to provide maintenance services, preventive maintenance services, and repairs for Department fleet vehicles per the Scope of Work for the Department’s Region 6 facilities located in Pocatello, Idaho and Blackfoot, Idaho. The services currently needed are lube, oil, filter; pick-up and delivery; tire rotation; snow tire mounting and dismounting; vehicle cleaning and washing; towing; emergency services; and other regularly scheduled vehicle maintenance in accordance with manufacturer’s standards. On average there are fourteen (14) services required per month. There were approximately fifty-five (55) vehicles in the Pocatello and Blackfoot area fleet as of December 2022 and this may change periodically as old vehicles are cycled out and new vehicles are added. Vehicles are located at three (3) office locations throughout the Department’s Region 6.
