The Offeror must develop and utilize appropriate controls and reports to ensure the migrated data is accurate and complete compared to the data provided from MDT. . The solution must provide versioning. . The solution must support a degree of normalization of at least third normal form and use database integrity features to enforce field and relationship requirements. . All services and products provided as a result of this RFP shall comply with all applicable State of Montana IT policies and standards in effect at the time the RFP is issued.
