Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Montana, State Procurement Bureau, on behalf of the Department of Transportation, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide a cloud hosted COTS solution for an agency and Motor Carrier-friendly, web-based system for administration of the IRP, the IFTA and the associated CVIEW.. The Offeror must develop and utilize appropriate controls and reports to ensure the migrated data is accurate and complete compared to the data provided from MDT. . The solution must provide versioning. . The solution must support a degree of normalization of at least third normal form and use database integrity features to enforce field and relationship requirements. . The Offeror is expected to be familiar with the State of Montana IT Policies. All services and products provided as a result of this RFP shall comply with all applicable State of Montana IT policies and standards in effect at the time the RFP is issued. If Offeror cannot comply with any applicable Policy or Standard, it must request an exception by posting the requested changes to the Q&A Board by the deadline set for question submittal. It will be the responsibility of the State to deny the exception request or to seek a policy or standards exception through the State CIO.
