All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Herbicide delivery will be made to Douglas County Public Works, 3755 E 25th Street, Lawrence, KS 66046. 2. A 24-hour notice must be given before delivery of any chemicals. Delivered quantities shall be as directed by the County with a maximum of two deliveries per supplier. 3. Bidders shall submit product labels for each herbicide in electronic format. 4. Label application rate must comply with the official methods approved and adopted by the Kansas Department of Agriculture for each type of noxious weed. 5.
