Specifications include, but are not limited to: Micro-surfacing 284,409 SY; Micro-surfacing Crack Fill 1,000 LF; Thermoplastic-4" White Line 200 LF; Thermoplastic-4" Yellow Line 14,980 LF; Thermoplastic-12" White Line 310 LF; Thermoplastic-24" White Line 66 LF; Traffic Control 1 LS; Full Depth Patching 1,000 SY; The streets selected for this project are generally located east of SW Topeka Boulevard and to the north of SW/SE 21st Street (the northeast quadrant of Topeka). The streets will have been recently crack sealed as part of the “Crack Sealing 2022” project (by others). The crack sealing project is expected to be complete in the spring of 2023. The following information is provided to assist with bid preparation: • Maps of the street segments to be surfaced. (see attachment) o The contractor should review project locations in the field prior to bidding. The contractor shall provide adequate staff during construction to review the project locations in advance of the actual work to properly prepare.
