Specifications include, but are not limited to: The state of North Dakota, acting through its North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services (NDDHHS), Comprehensive Cancer Control Program (CCCP), (STATE) is soliciting proposals for a vendor capable of guiding and supporting a statewide cancer plan development process to develop a detailed plan of action (strategic plan) that will encompass goals and objectives to reduce the incidence and mortality of cancer in North Dakota. The CCCP and the North Dakota Cancer Coalition (NDCC) are committed to creating a Cancer Plan that is: Data-driven, evidence-based, and includes measurable and realistic goals Attends to equity and includes perspectives of diverse stakeholders Aligns with existing state and federal efforts
