Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful architectural firm will provide services for the design of a new preschool-grade 5 elementary school in the area south of Interstate 84. School capacity will be 650 and the building program will consist of 65,000 +/- square feet. It will be comprised of, but not limited to classrooms, offices, gymnasium, cafeteria, kitchen, bathrooms, office area, and mechanical/electrical spaces. Parking lots, landscaping, playgrounds, and open green space will also be a part of the project scope. Dependent upon passage of a funding mechanism, construction will begin fall 2023 and the opening will be August 2024.
