Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove the Existing Tar and Gravel Roof on the Pump Station Remove all existing fascia, soffit, and bracing around the perimeter of the building Remove all existing tar and gravel on the roof down to expose the concrete deck Clean up and haul off-site all demolition debris Installation of New Roof Install a new 60 mil EPDM roofing membrane fully adhered to the flat concrete deck Add two (2) pipe flashings for vents from the bathroom Install 1.5” of insulation board and provide a tapered insulation system to allow water to drain off the roof on all four (4) sides Add a Tnemec Paint Color (Cadet Blue) metal edge around the perimeter of the building Add commercial-grade box gutters and four (4) downspouts on the corners of the building (Cadet Blue Color)
