Specifications include, but are not limited to: Shawnee Parks and Recreation will order product and supplies based on sales and usage. Purchases shall be made based on appropriateness, pricing, and taste/preference. The City of Shawnee does not guarantee any level of minimum sales. Payment will be made for actual product ordered and received. Contractor must deliver to Shawnee facilities bi-weekly, or more frequently if needed. Contractor must provide a contact phone number(s) that will be immediately answered by a live person for weekend and emergency orders and equipment problem notification. The contractor will provide assistance in obtaining third party vendor specific equipment, promotions, and advertising when available. Any minimum delivery amount must be specified as well as mileage amount if applicable for delivery.
