Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Division of Motor Vehicles is seeking a vendor, or vendors, to provide a Driver's License and Identification (DL/ID) card solution and associated services. Services include, but are not limited to, customer image capture, signature capture, and centralized card manufacturing/mailing of several DL/ID types and other DMV issued credentials. Additional services and equipment include biometric identification processes, self-service kiosks and portable workstations. The Auto Test solution shall provide knowledge/permit exams that can administer, grade and report different types of knowledge and permit exams in various languages. Vendor will configure, install, implement, document, test, host, train and integrate solution with related systems and provide maintenance and support for proposed DL/ID card solution.
