Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide trash service for the University, including all materials, equipment, dumpsters, disposal fees, labor, supervision and any other items necessary to collect and dispose of all solid waste generated by the University at the Russellville campus and other University properties in the Russellville area.; All work must conform to approved and accepted standards of trash and refuse industry and all local, state, and federal standards. Successful awardee shall at its sole expense procure and keep in effect all necessary permits and licenses required for its performance under any resultant contract.; ALL DUMPSTERS OR OTHER CONTAINERS MUST BE IN IN PLACE JULY 1. The University will coordinate the removal of existing receptacles and the installation of new receptacles to ensure that the trash removal service is not disrupted. All containers provided by successful bidder will remain the property of the bidder See Price Cost Schedule for locations on the main campus and outlaying properties, the current dumpster size and frequency of pick-ups per week.; Responsible bidders shall have a minimum of five years’ experience in multi-site trash and garbage pickup and handling.; Each pickup site is to be kept clean, to have all trash/refuse/debris removed in and around container and the container kept in good operating conditions. Any spillage of material either during loading or transporting must be cleaned up by contractor. All plugs must be in place when loading or transporting trash.
