Specifications include, but are not limited to: Inspections are performed annually. Some buildings, such as the police department may need bi-annual inspections due to accreditation. Inspections include but are not limited to: • Manual fire alarms • Automatic fire alarms • Elevator recall-smoke tests in conjunction with elevator maintenance contractor • Sprinkler testing (wet, dry and antifreeze loops) • Smoke detectors • Heat/smoke/duct detectors and any other initiating devices • Horn/strobe/speakers • Hood/suppression inspections only, biannually, including fusible link and micro switch costs. • Fire extinguishers inspections, including parts, i.e. seals /tags etc • Smoke evacuation systems (Stage @ Dover High School) • (5) overhead Fire doors roll up doors at the Middle School • Carbon monoxide / Nitrogen units • Three-year dry trip test
