Specifications include, but are not limited to: Police Dept seeks to purchase two Evaportave Coolers for the LRPD's Training Division; The City of Little Rock Police Department is seeking a supplier to provide a portable outdoor cooling system. The evaporative cooler will allow LRPD to create “cool” zones while conducting outdoor training during high-temperature summer months. The creation of “cool” zones will increase outdoor training time in high-temperature summer months and reduce the chance of incurring a heat casualty. Evaporative coolers must meet the following specifications: (1) Air delivery must be at least 12,000 CFM on the highest setting. (2) Air velocity must be at least 25 MPH on the highest setting. (3) Air speed shall be variable. (4) Fan blade size of at least 36 inches. (5) Cooling capacity of at least 3000 square feet. (6) Cooler must be able to operate utilizing a standard 120-volt electrical outlet. (7) Cooler shall be capable of operating utilizing an internal water tank or connect to a standard garden hose.
