The successful respondent will work with LES Power Supply staff to identify: Suitable electrical generating technologies that meet the required utility operating characteristics. Identify the optimal location for future generating resources, taking into consideration the required site access to available resources to support the selected technology (land access, transmission access, fuel access, water access, environmental requirements, etc.). Consideration shall initially focus on existing LES generating facilities, particularly Terry Bundy Generating Station (TBGS) due to expected expansion capabilities at the existing site; however, if necessary, the scope could be expanded to other locations within Lancaster County.
