Specifications include, but are not limited to: Standard Work Categories anticipated on this project are: Transportation Planning; Building Design and Inspection; Electrical & Mechanical Design; Public Involvement; Consultant would be asked to assist in transit subrecipient oversight and compliance, interpret state and Federal Transit Administration regulations to facilitate NDOT’s compliance, management planning services, capital project planning including the ability to conduct feasibility and technical studies, plus conceptual level architectural and engineering services for planning of capital infrastructure projects. Chosen consultants may not have expertise in all areas listed but should be skilled in most of them. If the selected consultant cannot provide engineering or architectural services, a subconsultant that can provide these services is advised.
