Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.1 Inmate Hair Cuts 4.1.1.1 The working environment is an operational regional jail facility. All work related to this contract must be conducted in accordance with all West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation protocol for working within an operational facility. 4.1.1.2 Vendor must pass a Background Check and must bring appropriate picture ID’s such as Driver’s License when coming to the facility. 4.1.1.3 Vendor must provide his/her own tools. 4.1.1.4 Vendor must be able to cut all hair types, including male and female hair. 4.1.1.5 The Vendor shall provide Inmate Hair Cut service on a weekly basis at the Northern Regional Jail. The day(s) of the week shall be coordinated with the Jail Counseling Staff. 4.1.1.6 Vendor must clean up and sanitize the area upon completion.
