Specifications include, but are not limited to: - Provide new HVAC equipment, electrical, piping, ductwork, insulation, control systems, as indicated in the contract documents. - Removal of the existing HVAC systems and provisions for new Roof Top Air Handling Units being installed on new structural steel system with platforms supported from new foundations. - New electrical to support the new HVAC units along with electrical demolition and distribution system upgrades. - Scope shall include temporary AHU’s, piping and electrical as indicated along to support the project phasing while the building remains fully operational. - General Contacting work such as ceiling removal, roofing, structural steel, concrete foundations, and construction of some new walls for new mechanical space as indicated on the drawings.
