Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors who can provide services throughout the State of Vermont. The contractor will be required to develop an installation and operator’s manual/plan, provide bottled water, install a POET/POUTs after receiving notification by the State that treatment is required and conduct routine operations and maintenance of treatment systems throughout the duration of the contract. The contractor will be required to identify the costs of providing bottled water prior to installing treatment system, the installation of dual canister treatment systems, and the operations and maintenance associated with the system, including post installation sampling to ensure that the POET/POUT is effectively removing PFAS from the potable water supply.
