Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Gather evidence for all Sections and Critical Elements (CEs) for U.S. Department of Education peer review submission for the New Mexico required Assessments. Activities include: ● Provide or work with an existing online shared space for posting, sharing/retrieving documentation. ● Provide project schedule and management support. ● Identify evidence and create submission responses (indexes) for Critical Elements (see Table 1.1) – submission response to include completed template in format prescribed by USDE (peer review submission guidelines, October 2018) and cover sheet for the State’s submission. ● Prepare files for all evidence in appropriate format for submission. ● Advise NM PED staff on other documentation (including plans and timelines for developing any recommended documentation) that does not currently exist. ● Facilitate bi-weekly meetings with NM PED staff to review and revise the submission template. ● Produce final narrative document (submission index) and cover sheet for submission. 2. Provide technical support to assessment staff to include: ● Expertise and consultant of developing or emerging or future testing programs , which may include feedback on technical merits of RFP for new test development and providing consultation to evaluation committee members who are evaluation proposals for new assessment development.
