Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Demolition, removal and disposal of existing six (6) asphalt tennis courts and all related equipment, amenities, and fencing. 2. Construction of six (6) new asphalt tennis courts with all related equipment and amenities in the same location and orientation as the originals. a. Bidders will be responsible for both the design and construction of the project. b. The bid should feature good design, quality materials and proper construction. 3. Project includes all court surfacing, line painting, and installation of all new tennis equipment and amenities. 4. The removal and installation of fencing and gates in the same locations with re-use of existing fencing as much as condition of materials allow.
