Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Nashua, NH, invites bids from qualified vendors for rental of thirty-two (32) portable toilets units (29 regular, 3 ADA) required at various City parks and playground areas. The portable toilets shall be provided beginning in mid-April and continuing through mid-November or later, depending on need. Six locations will have portable toilets on location year round. The portable toilets shall be on level ground at each location. They must be securely anchored to avoid tipping over of unit. The City of Nashua assumes no responsibility for any damage or destruction which may occur to the contractor's equipment or supplies. The City of Nashua shall be held blameless for any vandalism which may occur.
