Specifications include, but are not limited to: School is requesting a proposal regarding our fleet of Multi Function Machines. The current machines are at the end of a five year lease. School would like to continue to use the devices that are not at the end of their lifecycle. School in addition to other factors outlined in this RFP will be evaluating proposals on price, service level guarantees, delivery and installation, end-user training plan, management and reporting, compliance, implementation plan, financial strength, references, and previous experience. School may add equipment throughout the duration of the agreement. The cost for adding equipment will be invoiced separately from the originally installed equipment. All equipment added during the term of the resulting contract shall be kept co-terminus with the contract regardless of when added.
