All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: i) In accordance with Resolution Number 14,896 – Any products and/or services provided to the City must prohibit use of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Foam (commonly referred to by the brand name Styrofoam”) ii) The vendor must demolish the existing wooden ramp and railing. iii) The vendor must transport any scraps and refuse from the existing ramp to the Oakland & Fraternal Cemetery burn area per approval of the Cemetery Sexton. iv) The vendor must construct a new concrete ADA compliant ramp with steps and steel railings at the West entrance of the building in the same spot of the old ramp. v) The vendor must construct the ramp to measurements of 26.5’ x 42” wide with a landing of 7’ x 5.6’. vi) The vendor must add three (3) concrete steps on the northwest side of the ramp. vii) The vendor must construct a new concrete ADA compliant landing with steps and steel railings at the South entrance of the building. (1) The vendor must construct the South entrance landing to measurements of 5’ x 3’ 2”. (2) The vendor must construct the West entrance landing to measurements of 5’ x 6’ 6”. (3) Please see Attachment B and Attachment C for all measurements. viii)The vendor must add two (2) sets of three (3) concrete steps on the West entrance of the landing. One (1) of the sets will face West and the other set will face North. ix) The vendor must add two (2) concrete steps on the South entrance of the landing facing West. x) The vendor must finish the landing and ramp concrete surface with a “broomed” texture. xi) The vendor must apply veneer stones on outward facing surfaces of the ramp. (1) Materials for veneer stones will be provided by Oakland & Fraternal Cemetary.
