All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm shall provide professional services to support the needs of the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) Ecology and Waterway Permitting Office. The tasks under this contract, with an estimated percentage of work, shall include, but may not be limited to the following: 1. Mitigation site post-construction maintenance (45%) 2. Mitigation site monitoring (45%) 3. Waters of the U.S. identification (2%) 4. Mitigation property right-of-way services (2%) 5. Wetland and stream mitigation design, permitting and NEPA document preparation (3%) 6. Construction observation (3%) All On-Call contract services are on an as-needed basis and there is a possibility that no assignments will be made. The INDOT Project Manager and the Consultant will schedule the Scoping Meeting within two (2) weeks of the Notice of Selection. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 15 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. This contract will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
