All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Development Services - HMA Overlay Preventive Maintenance, Small Structure Pipe Lining & Small Structures & Drains Construction on SR 39 in LaPorte County; The selected firm will be required to provide a Topographic Survey, Pavement Design, Geotechnical Services, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, Engineering and Staking), Title Research, Utility Coordination, Design Plans, and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Hydraulics, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations Historical/Architectural Investigations, if these services become necessary.
