Specifications include, but are not limited to: This item includes Construction Contracts: B-44511 (Lead Des 2200685), B-44491 (Des 2200499), R-44492 (Des 2200571) and B-44493 (Des 2200696). The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide Design Pavement Design, Geotechnical Investigation, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Topographic Survey, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, Engineering and Staking) and Title Research, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis/Design, Construction Phase Services and other services as needed.
