Specifications include, but are not limited to: Collaborates with school personnel, including teachers, psychologists, other related service personnel, and family to meet the needs of all students ● Consults, collaborates and provides interventions as appropriate through the in the Multitiered System of Supports ● Conducts physical therapy screenings using appropriate screening instruments ● Administers formal and informal physical therapy assessments based on individual student needs, including appropriate standardized testing for evaluations ● Observes students in the educational environment ● Analyzes and interprets information to make recommendations regarding the need for physical therapy services in the educational setting ● Prepares evaluation summary and reports in a timely fashion
