Specifications include, but are not limited to: Collaborates with school personnel, such as teachers, administrators, and related service personnel to meet the needs of all students ● Access, interpret, graph, and, analyze district assessments. ● Lead & conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and assist in developing Positive Behavior Support Plans that are compliant with guidance provided through the state director’s office and the Peer Review Committee (PRC) ● Lead & conduct Manifestation Determination meetings ● Provide individual and/or group counseling as needed ● Assist in identifying appropriate Tier 2 and/or Tier 3 interventions to groups of students. ● Assist teachers in classroom management ● Assist in determining when and which supports, accommodations, and/or modifications students need to be successful in educational settings ● Administer intelligence, achievement, and other evaluation instruments to individual students
