The NAICS code is 811310 and the Small Business Standard is $8 Million. This is a notice for a Total Small Business Set Aside (SBSA) solicitation. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) intends to solicit responses from qualified sources capable of providing :
Refurbishment in accordance with the Performance Work Statement in the attached Standard Form 1449 Request for Quote.
This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract the performance schedule will be negotiated prior to award. The anticipated period of performance is September 30, 2021 to September 29, 2022.

Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the posting of the solicitation and any amendments thereto.
