Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.2. Cones 2.2.1. Shall have a maximum height of 28 to 36 inches. 2.2.2. High visibility retro-reflection shall be provided by a 6-inch-wide white band located approximately 3 to 4 inches from the top of the cone with an additional 4 inch wide white band located approximately 2 inches below the 6 inch band. 2.3. Drums 2.3.1. Shall be a minimum height of 36 inches and a minimum width of 18 inches at the top. 2.3.2. Markings shall be horizontal, circumferential, alternating orange and white retroreflective stripes 4 to 6 inches wide. 2.3.3. Each drum shall have a minimum of 2 orange and 2 white stripes with the top stripe being orange 2.3.4. Any non-retroreflectorized spaces between the horizontal orange and white strips shall not exceed 3 inches wide. 2.3.5. Drums shall have closed tops.
