Specifications include, but are not limited to: Reclaiming and/or Mill & overlay, paving approximately five miles of streets, and reconstructing sidewalks within the City of Manchester. Specific job sizes will range from approximately 1,200 to 12,000 square yards. Work shall include reclaiming of existing pavement from 8” to 12” in depth, including removal of excess material, Mill and Overlay existing pavement 1” to 6” depth, including removal of excess material, resetting curbs as needed, reconstruction of a sidewalk as needed, installation of ADA compliance ramps including tactile panels as needed, reinstallation and adjustment of utility structure castings, placement of binder courses and wearing courses of pavement and restriping.
