Specifications include, but are not limited to: Floor substrate shall be prepared as required by the manufacturer to ensure compliance with warranty requirements for all floor and base materials. Moisture testing shall be provided as required by manufacturer and compliance certificate shall be submitted to Owner before material installation begins. Installation shall be in full compliance with manufacturer's recommended installation requirements. Upon completion of the work, the area of installation shall be left clean and ready for use. The completed installation shall be thoroughly vacuumed, with all rubbish removed from the site by the installer. Removal of existing carpet (approximately 309 square yards); Carpet Disposal (approximately 309 square yards); Furnish new carpet, 24” x 24” tiles (approximately 309 square yards); Labor to install new carpet, 24” x 24” tiles (approximately 309 square yards)
