Specifications include, but are not limited to: The primary operation on Project No. 10-46 KA 6651-02 is the concrete deck replacement of Bridge #179 on eastbound K-10 5.54 miles east of the Douglas County Line in Johnson County. Provide one person, available 24 hours per day, as the TMP Project Inspector. The TMP Project Inspector has the primary responsibility and authority for implementing the TMP and managing other safety and mobility aspects of the project. These responsibilities are defined in the TMP and include, but are not limited to, project sequencing, traffic operational goals, and the traffic control plan implementation. The TMP Project Inspector shall be locally available to supervise, monitor, and maintain the components of the TMP, relocate or replace devices as necessary, and respond to emergency situations.
