Specifications include, but are not limited to: This bid will consist of two parts; flooring and cabinetry removal, disposal, and installation. CONTRACTOR has the option to bid for one part, or both if able. For the purpose of evaluating the lowest bidder we have provided room #6 in Campus Heights to be measured and renovated with the following conditions in mind: Part I: CONTRACTOR shall provide all labor, material, and equipment according to industry standards necessary to prepare surfaces for flooring and install new product at Pioneer and Campus Heights facilities. CONTRACTOR is required to remove and dispose of existing carpet, prepare flooring for new product, and install the replacement high performance luxury vinyl tile, providing flooring materials, adhesives, base, transitions, etc. Bid pricing shall be listed as all-inclusive. The replacement flooring is Philadelphia Commercial- In the Grain II 20 mil, color - 564 Freekeh, or equivalent. Attachment A is for reference of space only for consideration of bid pricing and evaluation. Project will consist of various sizes of rooms as they become available when students move out. Contractor will be responsible for verifying square footage calculations.
