Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Garage A, also referred to as the “Daily Garage”, contains approximately 1,500 public parking spaces conveniently located adjacent to the terminal building. Access to the garage is provided by both the upper and lower-level terminal curbs/roadways. There are four (4) automated revenue control exit lanes, and two (2) entry lanes with ticket dispensers located on the third level of the garage. Access to the third level is provided directly from the terminal upper-level curb/roadway. Access to the garage is also provided on the ground level from the lower-level terminal curb/roadway. As currently configured, vertical vehicular circulation is provided in one direction up from the ground level. There is one revenue control exit lane and two (2) entry lanes located on the ground level. There are two (2) pay-on-foot stations located on level three, and one (1) pay-on-foot station located on level one of the Garage. There is an interconnecting ramp and revenue control ticket converter/re-coder on the fourth level of Garage A allowing crossover entry to Garage B. B. Garage B has approximately 750 public parking spaces, located adjacent to Garage A. Pedestrian access to and from the terminal is provided via a covered walkway through the ground level of Garage A. Vehicular access is provided from the lowerlevel roadway. There are currently three (3) revenue control exit lanes and one (1) entry lane located on the ground level of Garage B. C. Lot D is referred to as the “Hourly Lot” and is located directly in front of the Airport terminal. As currently configured, Lot D has approximately 530 surface parking spaces. Approximately 450 of these spaces are dedicated for short-term parking. Approximately 60 spaces in Lot D are dedicated to non-revenue trusted-agent parking. A limited number of prearranged limousine vehicles use a dedicated area of the lot and pay posted parking rates. There are currently five (5) revenue control exit lanes in this Lot. There are three (3) entry lanes with ticket dispensers, with one of these lanes dedicated for entry to trusted-agent parking. D.Lot E is referred to as the “Long-Term Lot.” It includes approximately 4,358 marked surface parking spaces. Shuttle bus service is provided between Lot E and the Airport terminal. Access is provided from the terminal Circulation Roadway (“Circulator”). There are currently three (3) automated revenue control exit lanes and two (2) entry lanes with ticket dispensers located at the revenue control plaza at Lot E. Shuttle bus services are not being requested as part of this RFP. There is a future project underway that may decrease the number of spaces by approximately 2,050. E. Interlink Facility is a six-level intermodal consolidated rental car facility and commuter parking garage located adjacent to the Airport at 700 Jefferson Blvd. It contains approximately 660 public commuter parking spaces, with access from Jefferson Blvd (approximately 460 spaces in the West Garage with two (2) automated revenue control exit lanes and two (2) revenue control entry lanes), and Fresno Ave. (approximately 200 spaces in the East Garage with one (1) automated revenue control exit lane and one (1) revenue control entry lane). The Interlink is connected to the Airport terminal via an enclosed elevated walkway (Skywalk).
