Needs to be made in a Certified ISO 9001 Facility 3.1.3 Alkaline Nominal Voltage/Cell is to be 1.5 volts with High continuous Current 3.1.4 Batteries should have a Capacity Retention of greater than 97% after 12 months @ 21C (70F) greater than 85% after 5 years. 3.1.5. All Bidders will submit sample batteries and applicable literature upon request. 3.1.6 Batteries must be stored at temperatures at -30C to 55C. (20F to 130F) 3.1.7 Batteries must have a shelf life of 20 years for AA, AAA, C & D batteries and up to 10 years for 9 V battery 3.1.8 Batteries must be well protected against damage, short-circuiting and Guaranteed against leakage.
