Specifications include, but are not limited to: As a recipient of Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF), which is part of the American Rescue Plan, Eddy County (hereinafter also referred to as “the County” is hereby soliciting formal, sealed proposals from qualified licensed contractors authorized to do business in the State of New Mexico for County wide general construction services utilizing a GB-98 license for a multi-source on-call/on-demand basis described herein. Per New Mexico Procurement Code Statute 13-1-153 multiple source award; limitations on use and determination required, Eddy County has determined that it is necessary to make a multiple source award to ensure the vendor requirements of responding to emergencies within a two (2) hour time period can be achieved. Applicants must not be listed on the Federal exclusion list for doing business, as these services will be federally funded.
