Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife, State of Maine, is seeking bids for commercial whitewater rafting allocations for the following rivers: 10.0 allocations for the Kennebec River Saturdays. 3.4 allocations for the West Branch of the Penobscot Saturdays. The following terms and conditions apply: Bidders must hold a valid Maine Commercial Outfitters License and must not have any outstanding quarterly allocation fees or user fees owed from prior periods. Bids may not place an outfitter more than the maximum 120 allocations per river per allocated day. Outfitters interested in placing a bid must submit a minimum of a two hundred ($200.00) dollar bid per single allocation for the Kennebec River Saturday (per passenger), and a minimum of a two hundred ($200.00) dollar bid for the West Branch of the Penobscot River Saturdays per single allocation (per passenger) and state the number of allocations desired. One bid per outfitter will be accepted for each river. All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal.
