Specifications include, but are not limited to: The WV Army National Guard (WVARNG), Camp Dawson Training Site Engineering Office is seeking a qualified contractor to provide & install a new Boiler in Building 307 at Camp Dawson located near Kingwood, Preston County, WV; Contractor will provide and install a new Lochinvar 500k BTU boiler or approved equal. Contractor is responsible for ensuring the new boiler is compatible with any equipment and/or controls to remain in Building 307. Contractor responsible for supplying all necessary piping and accessories for connection to existing system. Access to the buildings shall be coordinated with the Owner. Contractor shall not leave open doors unattended and shall close doors when not in use. These are non-smoking buildings. Smoking is not permitted within the buildings or near entrances, operable windows or outdoor air intakes. Vendor MAY NOT block access to any fire hydrant located at jobsite. Vendor MAY NOT block access to parking lot entrances and exits without prior approval of the Agency.
