Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goal of this project is to conduct a retrospective evaluation of data-related strategies for identifying and addressing disparities throughout the COVID-19 pandemic in Rhode Island. We aim to document changes, challenges/barriers, and successes in these processes throughout COVID-19 response, assess the effectiveness of existing approaches, and identify opportunities for improvements in the collection, analysis, and sharing of data used to quantify and address COVID-related health disparities. Based on the findings of the evaluation process, a strategic plan will be developed to propose approaches to address challenges and act on opportunities for improvement in data-related processes. RIDOH seeks a vendor to manage all aspects of the project defined in the following scope of work, including day-to-day project management and timely, on-budget completion of all key deliverables. The vendor will also assume responsibility for management and distribution of stipends or compensation for participants as appropriate, in agreement with RIDOH Health Equity Institute and in accordance with applicable policies.
