This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This is a Firm-Fixed Price Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Yellow Ribbon Event (Conference space and meals) on October 16, 2021, in greater Las Vegas, Nevada, issued by the Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG) United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) Purchasing and Contracting Division.
This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07 dated 11 August, 2021.
This solicitation is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721120 or 721110, with an industry size standard of $35 million and the Product Service Code (PSC) is V231. Both Casino and non-Casino hotels will be considered.
A responsible offeror/quoter is one whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government.
All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with the System for Award Management (SAM), and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. In addition to providing pricing each quote must include vendor’s CAGE and SAM ID number (formerly DUNS), and must include point of contact information. Failure to provide SAM registration may result in your quote being disqualified from consideration. IAW FAR 52.204-7, prospective vendors must be registered in the SAM database prior to award. Prospective vendors should visit the SAM website at https://sam.gov/content/entityregistration to register.
Quoted pricing on the Pricing Sheet attachment must be completed and submitted along with any venue specific information. This document provides the contract clauses, terms and conditions for this requirement, but is not required as part of the quote submittal. Any questions must be submitted by email to erica.j.stiner.civ@mail.mil prior to 11:59 PM Pacific Time on 25 August, 2021. Quotes and any related documentation shall be submitted to erica.j.stiner.civ@mail.mil prior to 11:59 PM Pacific Time on 30 August, 2021. This is the only means of submitting quotes in response to this RFQ.
